Shipping and insurance

Every product is inspected for quality checks  to ensure we deliver you the perfect jewels. Once the jewellery passes quality checks it is packed in velvet pouches to keep it safe from moisture  and then covered with layer of bubble wrap to ensure safe delivery and then packed in mailboxes.

Customs charges - International parcels can be subject to the Goods and Services Tax or DUTY that customer have to pay depending on the Customs rules and regulations in their country

We are not liable for any delays in delivery by courier company. We only guarantee that once order placed it will be handed over to courier companies within 2 working days. 
All orders valued under 100 are insured free of cost. If you want you to add extra insurance then choose insurance and shipping option available on checkout.

If you don’t purchase Extra Cover and your item is lost or damaged, you may still be eligible for compensation of up to $100. We offer this for most items you’ll send with us, with eligibility of claims assessed on a case-by-case basis. 

Refunds can only be processed once advised by post party. We send everything via Australia post and only claims of loss , missing or damaged items will be assessed by them.
