We do not accept cancellation or swapping of orders.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at meharpunjabdesigns@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

opening video must be started before opening parcel and must be with standard speed, without breaks pause or cuts. Best way is to start recording and open parcel and then show all products in camera to capture defects and stop recording once all items are checked
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on change of mind on anything including all sale items or gift items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
All damage claims and insurance claims will be handled by post party even for international orders, means your local post office will be responsible to handle the claim on behalf of customer. Damaged parcels must be returned to local post who delivered your parcel in its original condition and with all items ordered. Courier company then will access the damage claim and process if required. This might take longer than 3 weeks.
Shipping and time frames

Shipping for local parcels is normally 2-3 days express and standard 7-10 working days.
international shipping is upto 24 working days and express is upto 10 working days.
these time frames are standard only and there might be extra delays as per circumstances.

Shipping policy
Every product is inspected for quality checks to ensure we deliver you the perfect jewels. Once the jewellery passes quality checks it is packed in velvet pouches to keep it safe from moisture and then covered with layer of bubble wrap to ensure safe delivery and then packed in mailboxes.
pickup orders: all pickups must be cleared withing 4 weeks of order placement , otherwise shipping must be paid. after 4 weeks orders will be cancelled without refund.
All store credits are valid for 3 Months only.
Customs charges - International parcels can be subject to the Goods and Services Tax or DUTY that customer have to pay depending on the Customs rules and regulations in their country
We are not liable for any delays in delivery by courier company. We only assure that once order placed it will be handed over to courier companies within 1-7 working days in all normal circumstances .

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on change of mind, so once order is placed it will be delivered at address provided or needs to be picked-up within 4 weeks. if parcel is delivered and address is incorrect and parcel comes back to us, customer must pay shipping charges again. also if customer failed to collect parcel from collection point within time frame advised and then parcel will come back to us, in that case customer must pay shipping again for transport.
All orders valued under 100 are insured free of cost. If you want you to add extra insurance then choose insurance and shipping option available on checkout.
If you don’t purchase Extra Cover and your item is lost or damaged, you may still be eligible for compensation of up to $100. We offer this for most items you’ll send with us, with eligibility of claims assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds can only be processed once advised by post party. We send everything via Australia post and only claims of loss , missing or damaged items will be assessed by them.
shipping and insurance for international orders is available on orders under $200 value or under 1KG. If value or weight is over the limit customer will be advised to pay extra for shipping and insurance.
